A phased engagement to move the LWP team from AI-curious to AI-native: building fluency first, then proving value with targeted automation, then scaling across the practice.
How we work together in Phase 1: Jarrod teaches the team to use AI tools, builds habits, conducts training and interviews. This is education. Jonathan maps workflows, handles tool procurement and compliance, builds the prompt library and integrations. This is engineering.
Three tools, each with a distinct role. No overlap.
Wealthbox sits at the center. Every tool reads from it or writes back to it. The goal is a self-maintaining client record that stays current without manual data entry.
Specific agents will be scoped during Phase 1. These are representative based on what we know today.
| Agent | Frequency | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Compliance Monitor | Daily | Reviews client comms and meeting notes for compliance gaps. Flags items before audit. |
| Investment Commentary | Weekly | Pulls market signals, drafts commentary in LWP's voice. James edits, Cindy reviews. |
| Meeting Prep | Daily | Assembles pre-meeting briefs from Wealthbox: last notes, open tasks, account changes. |
| Rebalancing Review | Weekly | Scans portfolios against allocation framework. Generates rebalancing memos for Connor. |
| Client Onboarding | On trigger | New client in Wealthbox triggers welcome packets, checklists, intro comms for Grant. |
| Post-Meeting Follow-Up | On trigger | After transcription, drafts follow-up email, creates action items, logs notes to CRM. |
| Focus | Education + adoption |
| Activities | Training sessions, prompt coaching, intern management, workforce development |
| Cadence | Weekly AI Wins, weekly intern standups |
| Goal | Every team member confident and productive with AI |
| Focus | Engineering + infrastructure |
| Activities | Workflow mapping, tool procurement, compliance coordination, agent development |
| Cadence | Biweekly lunch-and-learns, monthly leadership check-ins |
| Goal | AI runs part of the operation without anyone prompting it |
Both matter. The training builds the habits; the engineering builds the systems. We coordinate weekly to avoid duplication and make sure every hour moves the practice forward.
